Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I need a replacement jog for my 2000xl. I cant find anyone anywhere
who carries replacement parts besides faceplates or drum pads.
please help as im stuck with a useless sampler at the moment till i fix this.

If anywhere VST in pasadena, theres usually a link in the corner of this forum. I've been going there for my problems for thelast 3years or so and the people ther are tight

If its the whole consturction that broke down you'll have to contact a repaircenter like vst.

Stpatrick... what did you do to the jog wheel to break it?

i just simply used it for less than 2 hours.
it was working( grabbing the "clicks" ) then i guess i spun it too fast and
after that, no more clicking when making the revolutions. It just spins freely with out the clicks. No clicks, no change in data when the wheel is turned.
The wheel does not catch the click when spun around.
the unit is used so i figured the wheel just must have had its time.
Looking at the opened unit the piece is tiny and is very accessible.
Hoping they wont charge me an arm to replace it.
