hi, i remember back a couple years ago there was an ad for this book that lists songs and the samples that they used...I am getting into sampling now and I really would like to get my hands on it. I just re-did that ludacris - number one spot and it feels so good to re-do a beat like that. I just dont have the right synth sound for it?

That book was a direct rip of the faq on the-breaks site. They copied it word for word and published a book, mistakes and all.

I don't think the owner of the site was able to sue though.

Wasn't that binger's book? It had a yellow cover or whatever. I think I remember him selling some shit like that on eBay or something.

i know. i was just making a statement. I know they can't have every single sample used on there because there is too many, and some are beyond recognition. I was just suprised that a few very obviouse popular songs weren't there.
