2 different samples cutting each other off???

i have a sample playing on track 1, the sample pad is note-off and plays simultaniously with another pad of the same sample but low end filtered. my one hit drum samples are playing on track 2. at the very begining of the sequence the kick drum cuts off only the unfiltered sample playing on track 1... the low end sample that plays with it still plays like normal. when i turn track 2 off the problem goes away and the sample plays fine. has this happend to anyone else??? can anybody help me out??? thanks in advance, j

Is one of the Pads on track two set to mute the sample on track one? Go into program and hit the kick drum pad. In the place where you select poly, mono and note off hit open window and see if there are any sample mute assignments on that pad.
