The MPC 1000 Black kit

Who at the boards is going to buy the black kit. What are yall thoughts on changing the damn spider-man design. I think the black mpc is way dope. What other place offers it beside VST. $80 is gonna burn up my savings. Whos gonna make that change

Eventually, I'll order the black kit. But before I do that, I'm looking into replacing or repairing some defective pads, once I decide which option is better (given the possibility that the replacement pads may be better than the original design... still waiting on more details on that).

i will only buy the black kit if somethign bad happens to my kit right now, or in the crazy case where i may resell my mpc (yeaaaah right)

I never had any luck finding them in thrift stores, goodwills, salvation army, and the like. so i bought the speak & spell, Speak & read, speak & math on ebay last year. if you decide to buy on ebay, make sure to ask if the battery compartment is intact and there are no signs of battery corrosion. that's something i always ask a seller before bidding, and i got 'em all in excellent condition.

i mean not to sound lame or stupid but what r u guys doing with speak and spells ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?? ? ?? ? ? ? ?

that would be hella sick man i want to do that on my mp 1k.

i've painted my sides silver and painted the "mpc1000" logo bleu. Sit looks dope as hell. i might buy the black kit though cos i still have warranty and need the origional sides when i need to return it to the shop for repair. But i think just the sides are enough for me to order. I like blue and silver more.
