Battle of the MPC 60 Beats!

Beat one all the way. Pretty simple but it all came together and it's the only track with drums that worked for me.

and grimey that was a sample of your voice? wow, i thought that sounded different good use man, i have a few tracks like that too, but i'm not lettin them out , thats my secret stash. my ears only.

As the same way as far as change ups go.
Yeah that was my voice. I was bored and wanted to mess with my sm58 so I did that.

beat 1 is real tight, gets my vote.
beat 4 has very nice ideas.

These are all pretty nice, but so plain. The days of 4 bar loops throughout a whole song are over. I mean ya'll didn't even have any bass drops or drum change-ups, let alone some pattern and melody changes...

Anyway, I voted track 3. Had a fresh and original flavor. Woulda gave it to track 1 but the "rock the mic" sample ruined it.

This cat stated "whole song" but this is a "beat battle" and another dude was like, "it got boring after the first minute" IT'S SUPPOSED TO. Dudes act like they want it to be a full song so they can write to it or something LOL. You can tell after the first 30 seconds whether or not you like it. I think you all did a nice job, I don't know why I wasn't aware of this seeing as how I'm a beast on my MPC 60. Hopefully I'll be on the next one though! I voted for the first one.

i was really diggin' #4. the second verse changeup is sic! it sounds like something doom would rhyme over (no biter). or a older emanon track. i feel it was the most creative out of all of 'em. nice chops and patterns.

Beat 1 and 4 are the best. 4 would have been nice if the drums weren't so bionic and stiff.

beat one has a tight melody. love tha kick

not too sure about the drums on beat 2. that snare dosnt do it for me. hats are kind of loud.

beat 3 is nice. nice drums. cool pianos

beat 4 has the best drums i think. cool sounds. theres no bass on any of these beats and if there is i cant hear it....

its between beat 1 and 4. but if i had to choose it would be beat 1

beat one has a real old skool afternoon feel. got my vote but needs a change up or a hook or sumthin'. the other beats were good too, good ish.
