I dunno about all that. Numark has come a looooong way, and I'll be the first to admit I'd trade my m3d's for a set of TTX-1's any day. In the case of mixers if it weren't for the chunky fader knobs, Numark's DXM-Pro would be a strong contender to the PMC-05 or even 07. Atleast in my opinion. The sound quality on that thing is BUTTER.
On topic tho, I own a handy trax and I primarily use it for diggin and record shopping. I have tho, hooked it up to my mpc2000 occassionally when I feel like working in the living room or something and the sound quality is so-so but it works. Then again I'm not goin for pristine, I keep it gutter (wankstas)... On the side of the Numark turntable, it came out right after the Hnady Trax and pretty much improved on everything. It even fits in your record crate. Might not sound like a big deal but take my word for it, that would be so nice to have digging.
All your break are belong to me.
