how do you audition your sounds on a mac?

Sorry about the newbe question. I have a mac and I just bought a MPC 1000. I also bought a whole bunch of samples from this web site. I'm wondering what program you guys use test what samples you want to load into the flash card. i-tunes sucks cause it saves all the sounds that you audition and starts to play the next song there after. Do most of you guys load all the sounds into a harddrive specific for the 1000? and then just audition them though the 1000

search for a program called mpc pad 187 -- itll change your life.. j.

change the folder view to column view


when you high light a sound a player will come up in the last column.

then just click play and you will here the sound,


if you like it drag it to your mpc
