Grimay: K2600
DB: Thats the 76 key (semi-weighted) version. I don't know if you're talking about the fully weighted boards, but I reckon Kurz have the best keybeds anyway. I find the semi-weighted keys on the K26 are a perfect medium between the 'semi-weighted'/synth action keys on other synths and proper weighted keys.
Thats going to be a pretty expensive midi controller. I love the semi-weighted keys on my K26 but where Kurz shine is in the sound department. If you want an alternative, look at Oberheim (sp) controllers. They're meant to have a nice action, but the main thing with them is the amount of control you get (sliders/knobs etc)... So that might be an advantage for you.

yup, starting to get a bit warm out here too, which means i get to spend more time in the studio - which i need, now its all set up just right. that skyline at night is a good inspiration for electro/techno tune production.
