Mr. Burns, 2 Part Question...

part 1: In Blue Box, after I have the samples assigned to the pads, how do I save the program onto the Compact Flash card I have inserted into my MPC 1000?

part 2: I have a bunch of 5 to 10 second drum loops that I want to assign to pads on the MPC so when I hit the pad, the loop will trigger and repeat until the next time I hit that pad. Is this possible? If so, how?


(Also, I want to know what the advantages of purchasing the RAM upgrade for the MPC 1000.)

I dont own a 1k but if im not mistaken it allows more sampling time.

I think what your talking about is "track mute". you go into track mute and hit the pad of the track that you want to start up or silence. I'm not sure if the 1k has it.
