hi i've been fiending for the s900 tone (from the tone program) since i heard it, i want to use it as my sub, but i don't have an s900.

anybody have this uploaded anywhere?

I have some extra webspace too if anyones intersted in uploading sounds.

What's so special about it? Isn't it just a sine, square or sawtooth test tone like on the later S-Series? I'm curious, I never had an S900.

I don't know but I met a guy last week that was talking about the "tones" on his S950. Got me curious.

It's just a sine, that you can pitch up and down... A few octaves down and it is a mean sub. Just use a software editor to create one and apply distortion/compression to it to come up with some nasty ones. Check drum & bass to see how effective it can be!

Ok, I uploaded a bunch of pulse and sawtooth samples I got from a magazine's demo CD...they can be pitched, layered, filtered, you can put an envelope on them, whatever you like, just like in a synth. Get creative :wink:
