Is there a way to adjust the regions in the trim mode once you put it through the chop shop? Once the regions are made i cant adjust the edits but there's gotta be a way to this on this machine.

once you chop it and before you convert it you can go through each region and combine regions. I think you hit the window button when the region field is selected, and then scroll with the data wheel to select combine regions. I think you can delete regions too. I'm not 100% coz I'm not at the MPC right now.

I don't quite understand...after you chop a sample, you can select any single region, and then adjust its start and end point just like on a single sample. After that you can convert it to, say, Sliced Samples, and adjust their start and end points as well if you wish.

Now don't tell us that doesn't work on your machine?

once i send a sample thru the chop shop, weather Equally or Auto Mode it displays the regions. If i want to go to each region and extend it or trim it down, it dosent allow me to. It will only allow me to do it via data weel, wich takes hella spins and forever to move. I dont see why it wont allow me to use the Q-Link to adjust. That cant be it? can it?

u can have the data wheel move the numbers in larger increments by holding shift and pressing the left cursor while the start or end numbers are highlighted
