Zip disk probem

heres my set up.. i use my USB zip on my pc where i load all my sounds which i then take out to load onto my mpc 2000xl via zip scsi...
the problem is i can neva fill up my zip disk past 60MB.
i select 100MB worth of sound to put on to a blank zip which is hooked up to my pc via usb.. but once it reaches usually 60MB it says "Cannot cop filename:_the directory or file cannot be created.
so this basically means.. i cannot put any more files/sounds onto dat zip from my pc.. which is where all my sounds are... ne suggestions...
please help

there are a limmited number of sounds you can place on an unofrmated zip. This has nothing to do with the size of each file, i'm talking number of sounds here.
