Problem to upgrade my mpc2000xl ver1.06 to 1.14 or 1.20!!

go to a computer store, get a pc internal floppy drive.

swap it out with your 2kxl floppy drive (they are the same).

I think it's the drive itself.

Guys,
I put a new floppy drive into my mpc2kxl and it's ok, I Can load the .bin and the .wav too, GREAT!!
Thank you GUYS, I can Install my mcd reader now!

GOOD SHIZ man, it was a bad floppy drive. It was cheap to buy wasn't it?

I'd load up 1.14 just to be on the safe side.

My cards are all 512mb.
