hello, can you please tell me how to record midi movement that came from my key synth... i try but it dont work... i have conected the midi cables... only i want is to modulate the sound of my synth and record the modulation with the note on the mpc.

If you tryin to lay down a melody on the 1k wit your keyboard then check dis even though its been stated so much already.
MPC MIDI OUT to Keyboard MIDI IN
Keyboard MIDI OUT to MPC MIDI IN
Change mpc track from drum to MIDI and set the channel according to what channel your are using on your keyboard.
