MPC1k,alesis micron audio outs to a dj mixer(jusss to get by)..... on the rear of my mixer is ch1( phono in and line in(with a switch to change line in to another phono in) same goes for channel 2, now when connecting the mpc and micron do i hook both of their outputs to a line in or phono in{preamp}???????----if your thinkin why is he using a dj mixer, its cuz its all i got at the moment, spent all my loot on the mpc and micron, and a stanton trackmaster stylus.....----- next paycheck im getting a regular 4-6 channel mixer--- but for the time being im going to use a dj mixer for my out to stereo/pa system......

what does the manual say?

i'd say use the line in, but it wont really matter i dont think.

line level gear to line in.

phono to phono.
Some tt's have line level outs, those will be line in to mixer.
