Whats grid edit ?

im jus curious, i was lookin at the mpc 25k and i saw grid edit , i have a 1k too , does it have it ? o yea i wanna wut it does also , thanks.

I'd never use it cause I'm too used to real timing it.
Step Edit to me is the fine tuning and tick adjustment.

yea i would use it cuz it looks more easier than step edit.

It's a nice feature but i admit i don't use it all that often, only when i cant get something to sit right.

I never use it for drums

honestly, step edit is awsome. I use it allmost all the time....either to do a quick pad replacment, or just to re edit some previously layed out pads...
