Anyone else wish the resolution was better on the sliders?
The gaps it jumps in are quite big but i don't know if this is a hardware issue depending on what pots they've used.

i wouldnt mind loosing a slider to get better control over things like the 2000xl.
It aint about if the glass is half full or half empty anymore its about if the glass has ice and a frsh squeeze of lemon now. Step your game up.

just nudge em into the ballpark, discard unused portions, and use the wheel for the rest.

Yup...Well, i actually get to frustrated to even use them unless it's a very large section. Have to hold the after button makes hard in general but even using two hands it sucks. Good idea but the data wheel is the way to go for me.

practice. i can trim very quick and accurate using one hand.

Yeah , practice helps .
I just sampled 30 patches from my synth in two notes C1 and F1.
Just recording the two notes , then splitting them , then trimming and saving.
At patch 25 i was getting pretty darn fast at trimming using a combo with my sliders and data-wheel.
Sliders for rough selection and zoom + data-wheel for fine tuning.
I did this on my 2.5K cause my 1K is in the repair-shop but they work the same way right.
