Here is the new improved back to basics set-up. It's completely portable too, and I don't need much more than this. I do EVERYTHING on the 1k including mixing and recording. I just resample the beat as a wav file and transfer to computer with USB or compact flash. DONE!

Now I just need the time to focus on making beats.

And I'm getting rid of some unnecessary stuff

Exactly, he did the soundtrack to Star Wars with that joint....back then it was called an MPC3PO I think....

you know what, all jokes aside.....you just gave me an idea......I'ma grab that horn part at the begining when the movie starts and chop'em up....HMMM!!! They will make good horn stabs....
