Help me mod my 2000?

Homies, whats up. So I've been searchin around for this info but haven't found any real helpful links or anything.

I wanna mod my original 2k to have an internal zip or if possible, internal multi card reader. Anybody who has done this or knows where to get the parts I appreciate anything you can tell me! Haven't tried any of this with the MPC yet but I'm guessing I just put the scsi inside and cap the outside or something.

Yes but this info applies to the 2kxl not the 2000 classic.

the 2k has no ide connector on the motherboard.

Yeah i know but some people jus need a lil information to figure out a way to complete stuff. Well at least i can. Im waitin on my card reader to come. People say u cant put an internal zip or card reader into the 2k but i know how im not giving away my secrects but lets jus say i been workin on this for quite some time now. I'll post pics soon.

This is ALL the normal user can do with the 2k. I firmly believe that.

Physically this would make it internal, on the menus though you'd still access it like it was external. That's not a secret, it was said here on the boards a while back....

The're have been some users before who claimed they could install internal cardreaders in the classic but they never came back with a description a HOWTO or pictures ... in the meantime I stay sceptic.

VERY true. I remember a few names in particular.

Well internal zip drives can be put in MPC2000's so let me clear that up. You can get it done if you have the money. Jus check out that 2k. The internal was done by Forat. It costs 300 bucks to do it.
