i was watchin the video with sparq using reason as a sound module , i was seeing wut he was doin but i didnt really understand how to use it as a sound module , its alot easier for me through words then watchin somthin , so if anyone can explain it , i'll really appriciate it . thanks.

If u can't do it after watching sparq's vid... u definitly won't when we tell you.... just watch follow the steps on by one and off u go! i don't really understand what's the problem.... :idea:

yea i know wut a sound moduel is , and i get wut hes doin , if you guys explain it i'll definetly understand it , trust me for sure :D and im tryin to do wut he sparq does , record my synth from reason to a track.

So, if you know what a sound module is and you understand what he is trying to achieve what are you not sure about? The steps to use Reason as a sound module?

see i know how to use the hardware of sound moduels , when it comes to connecting through computer its way different for me , again i would appreciate it if you tell what to do and what is required to buy tohook em . thanks. 8)

actually it's pretty similar if not the same as using a hardware module.

If you had mentioned that you were not sure what you need to hook these things together, that would have helped a great deal. You need to have a midi interface or a sound card that has midi inputs/outputs.

oooo ic now , you need a soundcard i knew that was it cuz i saw it in the video , he had a lexicon omega . I looked it up and its not in my price range its sorta expensive so i'll jus stick to wut im doin. thanks any way. you think theres any soundcard that will work thats cheap?

keep using your soundcard and get a midi interface. Like an m-audio 2x2 midi interface.

i have an m-audio uno midi usb , but i dont have a soundcard is there any cheap one other than the lexicon omega?

i mean now i know hot to use is but my problem with sparks video is the midi controller i have does not send out the midi info to the midi prot when it is powered or is using the usb cord.so it was not saving to my mpc like i wanted but problem fixed.now i just use a old keyboard connected to my usb uno device i use 1 of the midi's on that.
