yeah.... try this:

Create a new folder and SAVE ENTIRE MEMORY to the new folder, then hopefully you can copy the new folder to the PC.

I'd like to welcome myself to the Mpc bug club. I got "system error" the other night when I tried to create a new folder and ended up corrupting almost all my beats.

I get the DIRECTORY ERROR every first time I save "The entire memory" after rebooting the mpc. When I try saving it for the second time, it works out fine. (This is when i'm saving to a folder which already has the previous save from the same beat I'm trying to save.. I'm Overwriting).

BUT.

I did a test, and even though "DIRECTORY ERROR" is displayed when saving, all the data is still being saved(!). (I always use "Save the entire memory"-option)

Anyway, So it's not really a problem for me... Just thought I would share it. Try testing it. It has never failed me once.
