mpc soft gig bag

got an official bag for the mpc today from my local dealer and its a nice enough bag.
they ordered it for me maybe 3 weeks ago and quoted me 45 pounds.
got a call yesterday telling me it was in and was actually 24.99.
went in and picked it up today and actually only got charged 20.00.

And I bothered about commenting, because if nobody does, the forum just gets even more cluttered than it is already. It is damn hard to find a thread about something you know you read, but can't find anymore. But never mind about this one, I slipped on reading it correctly.

heres the photos, one didnt come out too good think i moved the camera, the bag is nicely padded with a good sized section for cables and stuff.

if u walked around my ends with that, u'd prob get jacked!(its got mpc written on it!)

@del: is it possible to see a shot of the inside, please? all the websites are just showing the outside of the bag.

Can you state where you got the gig bag from, or which store stocks them (or anyone else who knows where they have them.) I've got one from Turnkey in 2001! It's really worn now as it's been all over the UK with me, but it's perfect for the MPC 2000, 2000 XL and now the 2500.

Plus, it's great for carrying records, especially if your DJ'ing and only doing a short set. I thought they were discontinued years ago as I've only seen the 1000 gig bag or the new 2500 carry bag which hasn't got a shoulder strap and looks smaller.

One of my students (I'm a music tech lecturer) got one when he saw mine and found a burgundy one!
