Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Does anybody know if it is possible to autmatically tune all of the pads at once without having to tune each one individually.

For example, if i chop up a sample and assign the sounds to different pads and i wanted to picth them all down to -10, is there a way to pitch all of them down at once. In other words, is it possible to adjust the tune of an entire bank?

Just wondering because if there is a way, it would be real handy. I looked all through the manual and searched the forums with no answers. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yes, on the MPC2000 classic, push the button that says 16 levels, choose the sample, tell it which pad the original sample will be on 4 - 13, then it maps all the pads in half steps. You can record sequences with this feature then press the button again to turn it off.

For pitching large groups if samples I don't know how other than to program them to the pads you want then his the PARAMS button then mos the cursor to the pitch feild and hti each pad then scroll down to -10 or hit 1-0-Enter, the MPC automatically assumes you want to pitch down*I think
