combine region annoyance

In chop shop if Edit and select 'combine region' it defaults to combine the selected region with itself ex: 1-1. Obviously, combining a region with itself does nothing. This forces me to hit down and change it from 1-1 to 1-2. When doing a decent amount of editing this wastes some serious time. Clearly it should default to combining the selected region with the next region. Ex: If you are on region 1 and hit edit combine region it should be set for region 1-2 so you just hit edit and do it.

I know this is minor but it could easily be fixed in an O.S. update and save me a whole lot of time and frustration.
