(MIDI q 's)(or anyone else who can help)

mpc 1k os 1.07(im updating tonite when my uncle brings up a copy of winxp), alesis micron(os2)numark dd tt,numark2chan mixer(output to mpc's rec input) and a pioneer 2 chan dj mixer as my main ouput mixer......when i record a track to the mpc of a synth sound say a clavinet, it playsback and its all good, then i go to make another track on the mpc of another synth sound say a 909, when i hit play trecord everything plays back except for now the clavinet notes are now 909 notes????? what am i doing wrong?? is it the settings??? my mpc's midi out a to microns midi in and microns midi out to mpc's midi in 1.. i got the settings in the midi/sync/notes window as follows...active track rcv:ALL, soft thru:AS TRACK--both midi in and out syncs are at off---mpc main window type:MIDI pgm:OFF MIDI:1a-microns settings: local on, midi channels start at:1, midi channel mod:MULTI-CHAn(the other option is single chan), Midi PGM:send+RCV.PLease help me--Like i sed im wastin time tryin ta fig this out instead of figuring out how to make beats. oh and this is how i had to write this how else could i explain my problem in 2 sentences????? i cant record 2 different synth sounds into the mpc's sequencer.There simple and plain. help or not--no ignorance.

somebody anybody please help me this is fckin reeeeedickulous...i beeen tryin ta fig this out for the last 2 days and i dont want to waste another day..... i cant get to bizzness if i cant figure out how to do what i want to do...i'
'i ve explained it in this thread an all im trying to do is record a synth track to the mpc then do another track on the mpc made up of another synth sound but this time a different sounfd than the first---i cant get it to work. i tried the midi 1a,2a,3a and then midi chan 1,2,3,etc on my synth*(alesis micron os 2----32parts MULTITIMBRAL) i messed with the midi/sync windows options and still nothing ...........................PLEASE HELP ME.

Please stop PMing me and the moderators with your questions. I never answer technical questions through PM and like Lampdog do not appreciate you asking questions that you've already (treble) posted up on the forum. If you can't get the answer you need from the public forum, you should try Akai support - it's their duty to provide technical support to MPC owners.

Im having trouble understanding your typing and all the ---- makes it annoying to my eyes. I prolly could help if i could take the time to read but i cant concetrate when its pain to my eyes. Have u tried searching on the site?

I got this all handled. dude at AKAi helped me.Y everytime i ask a question of some difficulty someone got some ignorant s#$T to say? Some folks ask some dumb @$$ questions like./..HOW TO HOOK UP TURNTABLE?? and i aint see them get some cocky answer. And the name i use on this site..Roger LInn,DUUUUH--I couldnt think of anything else fast enough so i could be amember of this site,For HELP,Secrets,Tips,Knowledge,and some all out convo wit folks who have somethin in common with me(love music and want to make it)Y all the nasty ness and the hating? Any1 who has the same problem i had with midi and all that holla at me and i'll help you best i can, I dont care if you 10 or 33 i'll help u as much as i can.Peace. Well when u get personal with people then things can get out of hand. Your question has been asked before Im pretty sure. But see the one thing some of them didnt do was PM the whole USA for an answer. Not all questions get answered the minute u post up. Also learn how to present your qestions so they can be easier for us, well me to read. I have no problem with helping. MPC Tutor is the head man and when u violate him u violate this community. So be careful and enjoy yourself. Learn to explore this site and make great use of it.
