place the url address of the video here in your next post.

highlight your url and hit the url button at the top of your post screen

Try youtube. The rest is easy. They tell u everything u need to know. Even how to post the video for other sites.

Actually he could jus copy and paste the Link. This board automatically puts in the URL brackets.
