I've searched and searched this forum to see how I set protools to control the mpc through. I found a few threads and tried to what they said to do but nothing worked. I am just trying to record my MIDI information to protools so that it can play it back. I can't seem to sync the MPC. Also when protools starts up it says it has an OMS error. Is it easier to do this with cubase or another software sequencer. I'm getting sick of protools, it already burnt out my out other laptop with its stupid system requirements.

Wow that video really helped, makes me want to switch to Cubase. Pro Tools has been nothing but problems.
