How Do I get started with Sampling Music on the mpc 2000???

Hi, I am new to sampling, and was wondering how exactly to sample music onto the akai mpc2000, and how to speed the samples up like lets say hip hop mogul kanye west does thanks for the help! Please no advanced languages, I am still a newbie.
