sampling from cd 2500 prob.

okay i was sampling a sound from the cd rom on the 2500 and if i save the sound say to the memory card or the internal hd and then go back to sample another sound from a diff. track it won't play the cd it says "cd not ready" so i have to power down then up then it will work i know i can just hit "stop" while recording and hit the "keep" then when done sampling all sounds go ahead and save but i was just wondering if its the os or just mine. Also say i just sampled 20 sounds now i want to save them and there labled like snd01-20 is there a eaiser way to save all those sounds rather than 1 by 1.
1 last question im making my prgm now and im programming the sounds 1-20 to the pads but each pad i have to turn the data wheel or hold the "+" all the way to the end of the samples loaded in the mpc is there a faster way to get to the most recently loaded samples to save to a pad?
