Top Combinations with ur MPC?

my Roland VM3100 Pro (VM, Dudez! not MV), thats a very small Digital Mixer with 12 Inputs...
I connect the 8 Outs of my MPC into the VM, and then, during the song, if i change the volumes of those channels on the Mixer, the MPC records every move...
You can do the same thing in the Mixer of the MPC, but this way its a lot more convenient..

mpc with my ensoniq mr-61 running planet phatt, mo phatt, and jv-1080.

MPC4000 is running Proteus2000(with 3roms),Audity2000(w/Xtreme rom),Alesis QSR(with Analogsynth rom),Novation A Station, ASR-X(w/Urban rom), Motif 6 and Reason 2.5 and I record in DP3.11 on a dual processor Mac. I use 2 Universal Audio UAD-1 cards for processing, WavesGold plugs,Cycling74 Pluggo and TC Electronic plugs. Getting a soundcraft Analog console soon too I cant wait..

mpc2000 classic, 2 vestax turntables, ortofon needles(must have),
numark ppd01 mixer(with effects), fl studio 4, m-audio mobile pre usb, magix studio 2004. five shelves worth of vinyl, and lots and lots of alcohol, (used to be blunts before probation).

The main ship is MPC1000 (Seq/Sampling), Access Indigo Redback (Synths), TiBook, Digi002 (Recording).

MPC1000, Nord Modular Keys (synths, fx, & filters on the MPC 1/2), Electrix MoFX for MPC 3/4, Alesis DMPro for drums, Alesis Compression, Bellari Tube compression, Didjeridoo, Emagic Amt8 pc-midi, Echo Audio Layla24 8track pc-audio, CoolEdit 2, Wavelab 4, a Paia Fatman (homemade analog synth), and a shload of real i-play'em drums. In the studio it's all of the above, on the road its just the MPC & the Nord.

i use MPC 2k,D16 Korg,E-mu Proteus 2000,Gem PRomega(killer paino,the best sounds maybe...)....

My 1000 is in the mail so I've been day dreaming about my new studio set up - something like this:

MPC1000 for sequencing parts created in Logic 6 with Battery, Kontact and various plug-ins!

I'm not big into sampling records (but I do) I'm getting all my sounds out of my EMU Extreme Lead and Nord Lead 2 all through a Mackie 1642 with a couple of Compressors, filters and efx!

The only thing missing in this set-up is the 1000 but like I said, it's in the MAIL! Can't wait! Good Luck!
