Hello all!
I got my first MPC the other day, and within that short period of time, have easily gotten aquainted with my new friend :D

HOWEVER
there is a problem.
Whenever I wanna do something with a sample (slice, pitch shift, whatever) it will say INSUFFICIENT MEMORY!!
How can this be when the memory card is full! Amd I believe the internal memory has plenty of space...
How can I get rid of whats on the internal memory or...
I'm not sure what to ask.
Anything would be helpful! Thanks!

I htink that when you want to use any DSP fuction on a sample it is duplicated in RAM for editing purposes, and an additional copy is created too for preview purposes. I.e. 40 Mb will require 120 Mb to be edited. Not sure about that, but it's probable.

But why load a full song to sample from? Don't you have any way to chop it b4 you load it and load only the pieces you need?
