Im'ma little confused with what your trying to do...
Basically, you normally record your beats str8 into your soundcard watever but your Line in aint working right?? So you wanna find an alternative into gettin your tracks into your comp and burning them onto to CD??
Ok, well Soundforge is out of the question then...You need the line in for soundforge to record the signal from your desk.
The midi (sync) issue :-There is one hell of a long winded way around it but from my workings out, it aint worth the thought ( Im sure you wont wanna get amongst it like that desperate) You'll need a software sequence like Logic...Cubase etc tho
