DJ-T wrote:Hey guys I have tryed to get the information out , 2004 and people just blew it off now I get tons of emails regarding customize 2000XL . Either way it go's your going to have to pay , you can take your cover (2000XL)
and have the screen processing comp. make you a film and then make you a screen to reprint the letters back on, after you have custom painted
your mpc. that's it. the main thing is getting a screen made for little cost, and that's homework that you guys have to do, because I did myself. so my ? 2 u who is are serious what are you willing to pay for a screen?
the paint u can get at the O'Reilly's or autozone paint shop. if your interested in getting a screen from me, the price is $82.00 S&H only
if your serious. other than that, don't bug me! anymore about customizing
your mpc. b.blessed T" 8)

email if serious please. thanks

If you want to customize your mpc in black, you don't need to paint your screen, no?

I've had the XL since, but have the 1k, I had a screen made just for putting the letter's on Professional, this sticker thing is ok ,as soon as I have the time I'll show you guys how to use the screen. Also I note Have the 2000XL screen if your interested in getting one, I also made a 1k screen. All I'm saying is whether you get a faceplate from VST or not and you want to change or have someone like forat! cutomize your mpc,it's going to cost you big, here's a demostration of what I did on my 1k. Just read the entire
Thread. 8)

PM me or email,MSN or Yahoo me ,doesn't matter, if you want a copy of this screen,I'll give you the info on what to do.

not to knock this site but becareful, I match this with the screen processing company and the dimensions were all wrong, had to do artwork all over. that's know lie, so you can try it,but I know what I talking about I took the 1k template to a friend who does the art work for the screen, I had to phsyically take the faceplate for the 1k and that suck, but we work the dimensions out, I had already done that for the 2000XL acouple a years ago, and it cost me. I plan on getting one done for the 4k but right now I have enough work on my hands painting some (1k and some 2XL).

my man got the template for the xl, and took it everywhere, including kinko's and they woiuldn't do it. Finally, we found this little mom and pop sign shop and they did it. He painted his XL,put the template onit and the 'ish looks damn official. I think it cost him like $35.00. No disrespect, but most of us DO have the XL memorized, but as far as jus' keepin it with no letters onit, the shit look kinda dumb!

He's right... the template on ghetto beast is wrong. You can use it but it has to be edited. If you can get a clear acetate made it will show how much... Trust me on this one, I've done mine and that template is off

I did mine but I had a mask laser cut and then painted the graphics back on
