Hi there ,
I have the mpc2000 standard with a scsi iomega 100 zip drive. Usually I edit my samples on a computer and transfer the wave files from my computer to the zip drive and then I load them into my mpc2000. I tried to create subfolders whithin mpc so I can have my drum kit sounds and the a program in a different folder, but when I go to mpc to load them it cannot find the folder so I can load the sounds and create a program. Its frustrating having all wave files in one partition and sometimes some files may have the same name and it makes it very difficult to manage them. Has anyone found an easy way of doing this? how can I have the sounds of my different programs in different folder? your help will be appreciated.
