With that budget you propably wont get good monitors, so you better save some money or buy some good headphones.
Unless your talkin bout 100$ per monitor.

Decent monitors for 100 bucks??

You dreaming pal!

Buy some headphones and use your standard hifi or midisystem.

I have to Second GASTON and say that the EVENT TR-6 are very nice for the MPC1000. They produce lots of Bass and are also very clear sounding.

For $399/Pair is not a bad price.
