Glad to see that i came to the right place

I love my MPC, it was like an instant connection.

Now as soon as I finish the manual with (complete understanding) I can really get to work.

I read the manual a chapter at a time and at the same time I try to perform the actions, it takes a while but it seems to work for me. After a few hours of that I proceed to "play around" with it.

I upgraded the memory (32mb) already and soon I will replace this Zip drive with a CF reader.

:D
Word, I take learning a new instrument very serious. The capabilities are infinite and I want to be able to exploit all of them with relative ease. So far I havent had any confusion with the manual explaining the functions. I treat it like life, the more you learn = the more you know

Welcome cuz!!! I hope you enjoy your MPC as much as I'm enjoying mine!!! I just copped mine a little over 3 months ago and I'm having way too much fun. It's a whole lot better than trying to sequence in SONAR (IMO).
