this is the kid with a shed load of gear isn't it? i think so...]
being able to make ya own music is a hard game to play... but it has a steady learning curve... you may think your beats sound hot but others may not... if you wanna make bangers, read, read, read.... learn, learn, learn... and try what you've just learned out on that mass of gear you have (you are the one with the triton and proteus 2000 etc etc?)... you'll hear this following statement quite alot around here "great tracks were made with much less" which is true, i forgot what mpc you said you had 1k or 2.5k, these are far superior compared to the MPC60 (technology and recording time etc, not diggin at you purists out there so dont jump my case)... Learn to sample, make your own sounds from different techniques you will learn over time, the beauity about this is that you'll be the only one with these sounds, rathre than buying a mass produced sample cd, get into recording instruments and find someone you know who can play guitar and get em to lay you down a few licks, chop em up and do what ever you want...
