Just got a 1000, need a link

What's up Fam, just got a MPC 1000, after years of using a Classic 2000, i've find it very similar of use, since ive been searching for an answer or link on how to save pgm's and sequences, i had success on saving the entire memory, for instance Progam 01 is like a default on my 1000, and it happens that when i load samples on PGM 01 it overwrite my past programs, if someone could send a link on this topic, i be very thankful, otherwise then that, i find ease of use, i read tips on how to create new folders and i havent ran into no problems with that. i appreciate the read and help,Guitar Center sold me a use 1 for 520.00 with OS 2.10 and the factory card, Synagodz

i suggest that you save the program under a different name... i like to use the name of the beat when i save a program, or something that relates to the type of samples within the program... i also suggest using 'bluebox' - do a search [in these forums] to find the free download... happy beatmaking!
