Yup, 15 and a 15B...nada.
But don't let that stop you, the more trials the better.

Tried an external Lintronics, a PhotoAlbum P, and some generic internals.

According to dj r1, yes (although I'm really skeptical-no offence).
Although I had a talk with the guy from SCSIforSamplers stating that the CR-3 didn't work with my MPC 3000 (returned it) and now I see he's taken down both the 3000 & 60 from the compatibility chart of the CR-3 from it's page, so although it didn't work for me I have to say SCSIforSamplers is mad professional & honest people.

It really, really doesn't though.
Looks just like the Microtech PhotoAlbum p so going on that alone I'd say nope. Maybe sell it to a 2000 head?

that they "look" the same doesnt mean anything.
You can have 2 identical looking microtechs and still only one will work.

I think the only reason certain drives work is the firmware inside them.
If someone could provide a way to update the firmware most problems should be solved. Still I have no idea howto do this or where to get an update from.
