Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I don't move the MPC around at all, it's in the same place. It has to be because of the samples stored in there that I've done, have to get rid of those.

Isnt there a way U can install more memory into the MPC because i suffer the same problem.I sampled this Tracy Chapman track,but i wanted to add more samples but not enuff memory came up.

If you have already 32 Mb installed then the answer is no unless you also find/install the optional (expensive) 8Mb flash rom.

Take Jacpots advice and "Chop Small" you will thank him n the long run. No need to load up a whole damn chorus from a song. LOL im playin but the smaller u chop the more u can load and play with.

How about U chop a lotta sounds already?Anyway i might need toinstall that 8MB as that brotha said,that what i need cuz since my keyboard aint clicking for me,i will just have to stick to ampling and loading sounds.

Install the max of 32mb if u have that and it still not enough like i stated before learn to chop smaller. Also u will have a hard ass time finding the board that will give u an extra 8mb. If you do find it expect to pay anywhere from 350 to 450 for it. But you could save that money by chopping smaller and load up only the sounds u need. (make programs for your percussion sounds).

Are you sampling in mono? If not try that,.
