VELOCITY PITCH

Just wondering if anyone else uses this feature other then to make your drums sounds diffrent pitches everytime you hit it (for example everytime you hit a real snare with a drum stick the harder you hit it the higher in pitch the snare is ) just wondering how I could use this feature in other ways
