down button is gone

Hi guys, I hope you can help me.
My down button doesn't work
I already saw the sticky about the replacement...do you think is this the same for the down button?
Considering that i don't wanna switch my dead button with others....how can i fix this problem?
Any replacements center in europe?

Problem seems to be solved.
I took out the panel and start cleaning the inside included the down button and now it works!!
Let's hope that's a definitive solution
