mpc1000 for electro not hip hop????

I want to use the mpc1000 for electro not hip hop, i know that sampling my own drum sounds is the way to go but does anyone have info on where i can get some files of say an 808/oberheim dx??? :?

The net is flooded with kits 606... 808....909..whatever really!

Thats such a classic kit, you shouldn't have any problems....Also check the
www.mpc-samples.com

Theres a few kits and stuff 4sale there.Se if ya see anything that suits your needs

Yeah, its a good site, now all I need is an S5000! :D The drum machine samples are good there.

wanna do electro? blow off the MPC and get a Machinedrum! 8)

I have owned one. They are incredible beasts. (However, they're not samplers...)
