"its a sound like a kick where you don't want a kick sound to be"??? Would that be so damm hard...

Geez...you're kidding me, right?

It's not the Kick we're talking about...listen closely and you'll notice a small clicking noise right at the beginning of the sample. And THAT is better listened to instead of explaining, cause "Clicking" or "Popping" can sound like a thousand different ways.

That's what pisses everyone off, cause it **** up your recording.

Peace

You want to know what I downloaded???

A FVCKING KICK.......is what it sounded like....and NO it wouldn't be that hard to explain...I already imagined what it sounded like before I heard it....and guess what, it was no different than what I thought....

what's to explain, that you're too hardheaded to tell me something I could have understood with a simple explanation?????

"here go download this, it's worth 1000 words"....

Maybe a silly question...but were the samples that you used to create tracks from a vinyl(records)?

Because vinyl has pops/clicks and the MPC 2500 can posibly bring out what is already there.......

of course it could but then the pops wouldnt be random now would they

in other words they would always pop in the same spot when the seq loops

no not maybe.... more like definitely

if u sample something from a record that has a pop then everytime that part is played from the mpc the pop would be there unless its covered by drums, another instrument, or it has been taken out

lets be for real though anyone here who has sampled a record that has static or pops knows what that sounds like and its nothing like the pops that the users have been having

please enlighten me if u know otherwise
