Im feeling you dude...

There 'aint much on the EFX in the Manual...

But, my effects save with my PROGRAM... and you can only use the effects with one DRUM program at a time... thats probably what happened to you... you changed them to DRUM 2 or something before you saved DRUM 1 and now they are gone....

Im still after an answer to my q's about how a DRUM pgm change effects the effects settings....????????

are the fx saved w/ the program or the sequence? i would guess the program, seeing as you're setting send levels for each pad/sound. this would explain the change when you switch programs (ie- the fx send levels, etc are different), and if you just reload the sequence w/out the proper program/sounds. does this sound right?

did you try going into the mixer screen and select MIX CHANGES? I think when you do that it will save all changes there with your sequence and program and sounds, being the efx screen is in the mixer screen maybe that's how it's done?

Lampdog!

Are you sure? My Effects and Mixer settings save perfectly with my .PGM's with no drama!.

If you have any inside or experience dealling with effects etc., I am keen to know?

2kxl manual, Chapter 9 Effects, pg 150, Copying an Effect, you are correct. I am not worthy, haha..
