Problem, MPC is playing back wrong sounds?

So i'm beating out a drum pattern on the 1000, and i get something i like so i record it. Then, when i play it back, it plays back the wrong sounds, not the pads i recorded. This only started happening after i upgraded my RAM, could that be the problem? Maybe i got a bad batch?

Or maybe its the MPC 187 program maker that i used to make the programs? I don't have a chance to try the same program on a different machine, so i can't tell.


Anyone else have this problem or know of a fix

well, i figured it out. it seems as though when i created the programs on MPC 187, that it put all the note assignments to the same number for every pad. Whats up with that?
