Having trouble upgrading the 2.10 version

When i get to the point to reboot my 1K im seeing i message saying (rebootblock 1.03) and it's also showing that my current os ver. is 1.07 and the new ver. im trying to upgrade is 1.07 can anyone help me with this . Thanks[/b]

Not saying that u didnt do this but read the directions and try re-installing again. If u did that then disregard this
