new software upgrade is depressing

I was recently at the Namm show and talking to a gentlemen there who informed and show'd me the new upgrades and what not so when I got home i loaded it all up and everything worked but then I went to go play on the pads and there was the biggest latency issue ever... I would hit a pad and sometimes it would trigger and sometimes it wouldn't trigger until 3seconds later and it would record like that... I became somewhat depressed with the mpc, as I am a mpc dealer... you would think Akai would have never relesed a fix if it wasn't usable, and if they did they would correct it as fast as possible... my mpc will sit and collect dust until there is a fix unfortunatly because they dont have the old OS online... its so depressing...

First of all your late, because everyone here have already discussed their gripe. Second, Just reistall OS 1.45 and wait paitently until OS 1.51 arrive. Third of all its not that serious, I am making great productions on OS 1.45.

One of the Mpc 4000 yahoo groups has 1.45 in it's file section. I havent tried to download it since I had it saved on my computer just in case something like that happened.
