vst service ?

is vst service a good company. anyone have any experiences. im thinking of getting the hard drive and kit from them for my 1000. thanx for any help......oh, and is the hard drive easy to install? thanxxx

I purchased a full set of replacement pads for my MPC1K via their website.
Someone called me to tell me that they were out of stock and that they would ship them when the got them. They also said that they wouldn't charge my CC until they shipped the out of stock pads.
All of these things were true. I'd have to say it was a very positive experience!

They are very reliable esp if you need parts for older akai machines.

I ordered my HD10 kit along with the recommended Hard Drive on a Friday. I received the package on the following Thurdsday. I installed the parts and they worked perfectly. They even game me a call right after I ordered to verify the Credit Card Security code and the mailing address.

They seem to have very good customer service!

i got my hard drive kit and hard drive in today from VST. it came quickly, and was packaged well. i installed it in less than 15 minutes, and was on my way.
they were very professional on the phone when i called them with a question before i placed my order. i plan to continue to use them for all my mpc needs. (i'm gonna order a black kit asap!)

Ordered some pads from them and got them in 3 days which was fast b/c they on the westcoast and im down here in da dirty. They really are reliable and know what the hell they talking about.
