how do i connect my mpc to the mixer so i can sample off a stereo?

Mixer out > mpc in, check the mixer out to see what kind of a cord you need. Only 1/4 goes in the mpc.
If you want to sample in stereo get two cords
If you want to sample mono make sure (on the sample window) that you turn the stereo setting (standard) to mono L or R. I always use L, don't know if it matters which one you use though.
